If you've ever struggled with cravings, you know how miserable they can make you feel.

Most of the advice about cravings hasn't worked for me. Like distracting yourself for 15 minutes. I've tried going the whole day, and at the end, I give in.

Or not keeping that kind of food in the house. If my cravings are strong enough, I will drive to the store to buy it right then and there.
